You are not charged by the letter nor are you charged extra for holes, using a larger digit size or borders (where available).
The prices do not include postage.
The guide shows the size of the sign and the price.
The numbers in brackets indicate the maximum characters (including spaces) that a sign can accommodate on one line*
Some signs have two lines available on the sign.
They are also available as one line signs.
All text is centred on the sign.

*Each letter is ONE character. Each number is ONE character. Each special symbol is ONE character. Each space is ONE character.
Occasionally it is possible to fit more characters on a line. This is due to the variation in widths of each die that is used to emboss your sign. e.g. using an I or an ! may give you more space.
It also means that your chosen wording may be too long despite it fitting in principal according to the guide. This is because some letters are very slightly wider than one standard character measurement.
We apologise in advance for this.
